Running a service business means your schedule is not always the same every day. Sometimes your team takes a lunch break. Sometimes a staff member is away. Sometimes the whole business closes for a holiday.
That is why we have added new availability tools to ClientaHub.
With this update, business owners can now manage time off and daily breaks more accurately, so clients only see booking times that are truly available.
What’s New
You can now add business-wide time off from the new Availability page. This is useful for holidays, business closures, training days, vacations, or any day when your business should not accept bookings.
You can also add staff-specific time off. If one staff member is away, ClientaHub will automatically stop showing them as available for that day while keeping the rest of the team bookable.
We have also added daily break times. In your business opening hours, you can now set a break during the day, such as lunch from 12:00 to 13:00. Staff can also have their own breaks inside their availability.
How It Helps
This update makes your calendar more realistic and helps prevent accidental bookings during unavailable times.
Clients will no longer be able to book:
during your business break
when your business is closed for time off
when a selected staff member is away
during a staff member’s break
This keeps your schedule cleaner, reduces manual rescheduling, and gives clients a smoother booking experience.
Where To Find It
Business-wide and staff time off can be managed from the new Availability page in your dashboard.
Daily business breaks can be added from Profile > Opening Hours.
Staff breaks can be managed from the Team schedule settings or directly from the staff availability page.
